Purchases like florists, caterers, the cake, and champagne can also vary a great deal in price, so you should definitely comparison shop between services. Some wedding venues such as country clubs offer all of these services in-house, so you may get a discount by having the wedding planner coordinate everything for you. The bottom line is to always shop around and compare at least three different florists, caterers, and so on, until you find the perfect match for both your aesthetic sense as well as your budget.
